Which is the best day of trading in Forex trading

We know that forex exchanging offers us a chance to get benefits in 5 days in seven days yet according to my data and experience, we need to try not to exchange on Monday and Friday. Since Monday is the first day of opening and Friday is the last day of shutting so according to my data Wednesday and Thursday is the greatest day for exchanging.
